O-AT-KA

O-AT-KA is an agricultural marketing cooperative located in the heart of the rich dairy lands of Western New York. It produces evaporated milk, dry milk, butter, condenses and a full line of manufactured dairy products.

O-AT-KA’s mission statement is to server owners, customers, and employees by enhancing its position as a marketer of milk and related value-added products by maintaining the highest level of quality in products, service, and technology.

O-AT-KA is a Seneca Indian name which means the opening, clearing, or perhaps the beginning. It is a well-known historical name in Western New York and was adapted by this business for its originality.

Evaporated milk is a major product of O-AT-KA, not a sideline. O-AT-KA is a member of the Evaporated Milk Association, American Butter Institute, and American Dry Milk Institute and participates in all industry and government programs concerning the quality of dairy products.

A consistent winner of the New York State Gold Medal Award for first place in creamery butter production, O-AT-KA is proud of its record in butter quality.
